Fun Finds
When the kids were little, they'd get overloaded pretty easily so we'd have two or three smaller birthday parties rather than one large bash (after learning the hard way). To add variety, I'd make a big party cookie and, trust me, it really brightened up the room. This picture is of a big cookie from my daughter's 3rd birthday party. jordan_cookie


Ingredients

1 batch GFCF Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1/4 batch GFCF Buttery Frosting

1) Line bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment.
2) Prepare 1 batch GFCF Chocolate Chip Cookies and press dough into prepared pan.
3) Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a tester poked in the middle comes out clean; do not over bake. Allow cookie to cool completely, about 4 hours.
