overloaded pretty easily so we'd have two or three smaller birthday parties rather than one large bash (after learning the hard way). To add variety, I'd make a big party cookie and, trust me, it really brightened up the room. This picture is of a big cookie from my daughter's 3rd birthday party.

Ingredients
1 batch GFCF Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1/4 batch GFCF Buttery Frosting

1) Line bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment.
2) Prepare 1 batch GFCF Chocolate Chip Cookies and press dough into prepared pan.
3) Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a tester poked in the middle comes out clean; do not over bake. Allow cookie to cool completely, about 4 hours.
